payment policy

We participate in most all of the major health insurance plans in the region. Following are the health plans which we currently accept. Please call if your insurance is not listed and see you are covered.

Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.

We do accept the payment plans for the patient's convenience. And cash payment option available for the people who do not have the health insurances!

FAQ

- What should I bring when I come for therapy?

When you come for therapy you must bring the prescription for therapy that you had obtained from you doctor.

-Do I have to have the order from the doctor for therapy?

yes. You must have a signed doctor's order for therapy that was issued within 30 days.

- What should I do if I have an order that was signed prior to 30days?

You must call the doctor and ask for a new order for therapy.

-What is your billing procedure?

We are out sourcing for the billing process. If you have any questions with your bills you can contact us any time and we will be happy to answer your questions.

-What billing or insurance information will I receive?

You will receive a copy of your bill. After your insurance has paid, we'll provide you with a monthly statement of your account.

-How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

Generally, it takes from 45 to 60 days to obtain payment from an insurance carrier.
